Hanken, Svenska handelshögskolan was found in 1909 in Helsinki. It is one of the oldest business school offering university-level education in Scandinavia. At the moment about 2400 students are studying at Hanken.

How did I end up in Hanken?

During my senior year at highschool I got a brochure on Hanken's Open University. I got interested in an option called "snabbleden" where one could be admitted to to a master's degree program by completing at least four courses in basic studies.

I completed the required four courses during me senior year at highschool and was accepted as a degree student in summer 2002.
